As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of service.
Shift Options:
- AM Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is a plus.
- Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
