We are currently searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Lead hands-on development activities focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce Development team.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models, data sharing, and governance policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Deep specialization in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Strong ability to customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
- Proven experience ensuring high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Experience supporting production releases, UAT, and post-go-live application support.
- Ability to optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Strong skills and experience working with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
