Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their protection needs are consistently met.

Analyze risk profiles to present clear, thoughtful, and appropriate insurance solutions.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to maintain high standards of service.

Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to represent the Trophy Insurance brand.

Proactively review policies annually to identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful adjustments.

Requirements

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation platforms.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines of coverage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building long-term trust.

Local residency in or near Weatherford, Texas to support our community-focused operations.
