Sales & Account Manager — B2B SaaS for Local Services
EasyBiz (https://www.easybizcloud.com/) is a Singapore-built operating system for local service businesses — laundries, home cleaning, repair and alteration shops. One platform runs their POS, online store, customer app, delivery drivers, CRM and marketing, with AI that sets up in minutes what used to take an agency weeks. Real businesses run on us every day. We're AI-heavy by design: our customers get an AI assistant inside the product — and so do you. It answers your questions, does setup work for you, and can teach you the whole system on your own.
What you'll own
- Hunt. Build your own pipeline: walk-ins, referrals, partnerships, inbound. Your buyer is the shop owner, not a procurement team.
- Close. Demo at the counter or over kopi. Handle "my auntie cannot learn new system" as comfortably as "how does your driver app assign jobs".
- Onboard. Set up products, prices and printers; train staff; get every new customer live within the first week.
- Keep or hand over. Standard accounts (a few hundred dollars a month) go to our remote support team after go-live. Large accounts (S$2,500+/month, multi-outlet) stay yours — you're their account manager: regular check-ins, renewals, expansion to new outlets and modules.
- Build the playbook. Scripts, collateral, pricing feedback, which features win deals. What you learn shapes the product.
Your first 90 days
Weeks 1–2: learn the product from the built-in AI assistant and ride along on customer visits. Weeks 3–4: first solo demos. Month 2: first closes. Month 3: full pipeline, your first managed accounts, ramped targets.
You
- 2+ years B2B sales to SMEs or merchants — POS, payments, F&B platforms, telco SME or a similar field motion.
- A track record you can state in numbers: quota, attainment, deal sizes.
- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin — the role requires liaising daily with Mandarin-speaking business owners.
- Tech-comfortable: run a demo solo, pair a receipt printer, teach an app to a 62-year-old cashier.
- Organized: follow-ups happen when you said they would; your pipeline lives in a CRM, not your head.
- Early-stage temperament: no lead list waiting for you, no marketing engine behind you — yet.
Bonus: a network in local services; merchant onboarding or training experience.
Compensation
- Basic S$3,500–S$4,200/month (by experience) + transport allowance
- Uncapped commission — you earn two months' subscription value of every new customer you close, 2.5× above target; commission guaranteed for your first 3 months
- Expansion and retention bonus on your managed accounts
- Realistic first-year OTE: S$78,000–S$96,000; top performers higher
How to apply
In your application, include 3–5 sentences on one local business you'd sell EasyBiz to first — and how you'd get the first meeting. We read these before CVs.
