Sales Account Manager (Infrastructure & Security Solutions)
NewBe an early applicant- Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across reseller, professional services, and managed services lines of business.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across common Egyptian market segments (e.g., enterprise, banking and financial services, government, telecom, oil and gas, and other verticals).
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Leverage and continually expand an established network of decision-makers and technical stakeholders to generate new leads.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to scope, design, and propose tailored ICT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts, and lead commercial negotiations through to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM and technology vendor partners to support joint go-to-market activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, feeding insights back into the company's sales strategy.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of proven sales experience within the system integration, ICT, or cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- A well-established, existing network of business and technical contacts across common Egyptian market segments.
- Solid working knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services offerings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from technical to C-level.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across Egypt.
