Sales Account Manager/ Sales Engineer 業務銷售

職責:

• 銷售連接器, 主,被動及保護零件
• 開發潛在客戶，拓展市場，以達成業績目標
• 現有客戶關係維護並增加銷售業績及開發新業務
• 能夠與內部和外部資源協同工作以達成銷售結果
• 通過與內部銷售部門密切合作來保持與客戶的關係, 協助解決客戶問題, 產品客訴, 確保客戶滿意度
• 充分了解客戶、競爭對手及市場變動並即時回報, 以調整銷售策略達成業務目標

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct sales of electronic components on existing and new accounts
• Identify business opportunities to maintain sales level and develop new business
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate sales results
• Maintain quality relationship with customer by resolving customer problems, complaints and work closely with Inside Sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Forecast for customers, competitors, market movements in order to adjust sales budgets and targets
