This role offers a hybrid arrangement, with an agreed-upon portion of work time spent at our office in Archbold, Ohio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build Sales Skills
Dive into structured, hands-on training to develop strong foundational sales knowledge
Gain expertise in processes, systems, and pricing strategies
Support Accounts with Excellence
Help manage sales accounts with accuracy, organization, and professionalism
Keep data clean, consistent, and reliable because our work keeps the engine running
Be a Key Player for the Sales Team
Support the Sales Manager with system data, documentation, and compliance
Step up to provide guidance to sales reps whenever the Manager is away
Communicate with Confidence
Respond to requests quickly, clearly, and professionally
Represent the team with polished written and verbal communication
Show Initiative & Leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), or experience in related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Sharp organizational skills & high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
Analytical mindset and cognitive agility
Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach

PAY SUMMARY
Expected offer range: $45,000-$60,000/year. The actual salary will be based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and skills. The Max salary listed is not the top of the salary band.
