Our client is a leading provider of material handling equipment leasing solutions in Singapore and the region. The company supports businesses across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and industrial sectors by providing reliable equipment solutions and strong after-sales service.

They are currently seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to support the sales and operations team in coordinating orders, documentation and daily administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with the service team to process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner based on work orders
• Maintain day-to-day communication with customers and vendors to update business activities
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
• Handle shipping and forwarding documentation and support operations coordination
• Process purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO) and invoices
• Perform data entry, documentation and filing of operational records
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N / O Level qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of shipping or logistics documentation will be an advantage
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English
