Position: Sales Admin Executive
Location: Pioneer (Near to Boon Lay MRT station)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (7.50am - 4.50pm) with 1 Saturday duty per month
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
Duration: 1-year contract with potential conversion to permanent
Industry: Fire Protection
Main Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the store
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
Prepare quotations based on service reports and follow up with customers for confirmation.
Generate invoices and process payments.
Maintain accurate servicing records, documentation and filing.
Monitor servicing progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate collection, servicing and delivery arrangements with internal teams.
Manage daily sales leads from e-commerce platforms; no packing duties required.
Maintain a clean and organised front-counter area.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec or equivalent qualification.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to learn; training will be provided.
Prior experience in sales administration, customer service or front-counter support would be advantageous but is not required.
