Sales Admin/ Sales Support Executive (Marine Spare Parts) (YL88)
Our client is specialized in providing marine spare parts for machinery and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
Prepare standard quotations, order documents, correspondence and reports using approved information.
Track the status of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices and required follow-up.
Coordinate the flow of documents and information between Sales, Technical, Accounting & HR, customers and suppliers.
Update and maintain price lists, product information, customer databases and related files.
Arrange meetings, travel and presentations and prepare and file minutes for assigned meetings.
Respond to routine customer requests and hand over commercial or technical issues to the appropriate person.
Respond politely and professionally to customer telephone enquiries during office hours and 24/7 emergency enquiries while on weekly rotating duty, accurately confirm and record the details, and promptly hand them over to the relevant person.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Administration or equivalent qualification.
2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative.
