Sales Admin (Shipping/Customer Service) - Up to $2800
- Position: Sales Admin (Shipping/Customer Service)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops from AMK MRT
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2800+ Bonus+ Medical + Dental
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Medical equipment
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and hotline calls.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit documents.
- Support packing of outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with sales and technical teams on order specifications.
- Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly outstanding-order reports.
- Provide general sales administration and team coverage.
Requirements:
- Sales coordination, sales administration or order-processing experience.
- Familiarity with shipping documents and freight-forwarder coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- QuickBooks knowledge required or strongly preferred.
- LC documentation experience is advantageous.
- Strong customer service, coordination and follow-up skills.
