This isn't your standard "desk job." Here, you'll provide a broad range of support to the JRK Operations teams including Sales and Office Management while also assisting with inventory and pulling orders when needed. The best of both worlds! If you enjoy a fast paced environment, are self motivated, enjoy clerical tasks (including working with Excel), this may be the opportunity you've been looking for!
This entry level position is a full time onsite position with JRK Seed, located in Eagan, Minnesota. JRK Seed produces bird seed, animal feed, and grass seed for our private labels. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
What can you expect in your day to day?
- Provide sales support for ongoing operations.
- Receive and deliver mail.
- Manage backroom product organization, maintain available stock levels and purge when necessary.
- Receive and process daily deliveries of product shipments.
- Arrange and manage product donations.
- Support the Sales teams with sample coordination.
- Organize sales order for document scanning.
- Data entry of information pertaining to sales orders, file sales orders and maintain all records.
- Assist sales team with order changes, proofs, and control documents.
- Coordinate purging of sales orders.
- Own the Sales team product sample requests to pull, pack and ship products with accompanying branded tags for quotes and sales meetings and assist with trade show preparations.
- Other tasks and special projects as assigned
