Sales Administrator - Automotive

At Caetano, the largest official dealership group in the Iberian Peninsula, we continue to grow. We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to manage registrations, commercial files, and stock at one of our reference centers.

What you'll do

• Support for the sales team in the operational and documentary administrative processes related to sales: contracts, orders, payments, and registration.

• Coordination with internal departments: Logistics, Commercial Management, Accounting.

• Control and filing of documentation.

• Direct support to the sales team in administrative tasks, and follow-up of operations.

• Preparation of reports and briefings.

• Telephone assistance and customer support when necessary.

• Required education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent in Administration or related fields.

• 1 year of previous experience in commercial administration; experience in a dealership or automotive companies will be valued.

• Knowledge of registration processes, financing, and document management.

• High level of organization, administrative rigor, and ability to prioritize.

• Proficiency in Office suite.

• Communicative skills and customer orientation.

• Proactivity, initiative, and ability to work in a team.

• Essential competencies: Order and precision, time management, effective communication, and customer focus.
