About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our busy dealership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring all new and used vehicle administration is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous automotive sales administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Sales AdministrationProcess new and used vehicle invoices, registrations, warranties and tax.Manage vehicle banking,Manage OZEV grant claims.Coordinate PDI, number plate preparation and fixed servicing intervals.
