Join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator and be at the forefront of our sales success! You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth sales operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating across departments for overall sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with clients through various channels, crafting proposals, and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
- Keeping our CRM system up-to-date with accurate customer information and tracking sales interactions.
- Supporting the sales team with document preparation, material distribution, and streamlining administrative tasks.
- Nurturing customer relationships through professional communication and monitoring satisfaction levels.
- Analysing sales data to uncover trends and areas for improvement, and sharing insights with the team.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred,OR currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date within the current academic year.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- English at least C1 - Czech & Ukrainian language preferred
