Sales Advisor Full-Time – Build Your Future with H&M

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our H&M Flagship store located on Strøget in Copenhagen city center. This is a permanent full-time position, 37 hours per week, starting in december 1st, 2026. We are looking for someone with previous retail experience who is eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career within H&M. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them throughout the store, and help them find what they’re looking for while showcasing our products. By acting in line with our values, you contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
You will:

• Share your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in the best possible way.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey.
• Ensure garment care standards are met, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the shop floor.
• Support with store opening and closing routines.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand in a positive and professional manner.
