Your Mission

Based at our boutique in the iconic Raffles Hotel Arcade, you'll create memorable experiences and build genuine connections with clients throughout their journey, from their first visit to post-purchase care. You'll work alongside a passionate team to achieve individual and boutique goals while helping maintain a beautiful, welcoming space that reflects the Carat 55 experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Connect with clients through genuine conversations and personalised discovery.
• Build lasting relationships that inspire trust, loyalty, and repeat visits.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records while nurturing meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales by creating personalised and memorable experiences during every client appointment.

Client Relationship & Experience

• Create warm, memorable experiences that make every boutique visit feel special.
• Listen to and leverage client feedback to continuously elevate the client journey.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and boutique standards that reflect our modern luxury brand.
• Serve as a Carat 55 ambassador, bringing our values, craftsmanship, and story to life through every client interaction.
• Help clients celebrate life's milestones through jewellery that marks meaningful moments and personal achievements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and retail targets.
• Professional, polished, and confident in engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Available to work retail hours.
• Naturally warm, personable, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about people, storytelling, and creating meaningful connections.
• Strong command of English; additional languages will be highly valued.
• Basic Salary + Commission
