Starting Salary: ₦250,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Agents to join a high-performance team in a global FinTech and Investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial brokerage or related industries and a proven ability to convert leads, build client relationships, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage and convert qualified leads into customers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
* Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.
* Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

* Experience in Financial Brokerage, Forex, Investment, Insurance, Marketing, FinTech, or high-ticket sales.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Must be available to attend a mandatory 5-day onboarding training
