🚀 SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) | BARRANQUILLA | FULL-TIME 🚀
📍 Location: Barranquilla (On-site – Non-negotiable)
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
📅 Start Date: As soon as possible
🗣️ English: C1 Level Required

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Contact prospects via phone, email, text messages, and other approved communication channels.
✅ Present products and services, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
✅ Manage and follow up on leads throughout the entire sales cycle.
✅ Guide customers through the purchasing and enrollment process.
✅ Verify customer information and required documentation.
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
✅ Meet and exceed sales and conversion goals.
🎯 Requirements
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or telemarketing.
✔️ Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.
✔️ Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔️ Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.
✔️ Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM systems.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities simultaneously.
💰 Commission: $5 USD for each completed sale.
