Sales Agent (Logistics)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our growing auto transport and logistics brokerage.
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English (B2+)
Confident communication with American customers
Ability to understand natural spoken English without translation tools
Experience in sales, customer support, call center, or auto transport is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems
Available to work during U.S. Central Time (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers who request vehicle transportation quotes
Explain our services and pricing
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text messages
Answer customer questions and handle objections
Convert qualified leads into booked transportation orders
Update customer information in the CRM
All leads are provided by the company. No cold calling or lead generation is required.
