Sales Agent

To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro-business customers into financed clients, while maintaining underwriting discipline, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Activation

· Activate onboarded customers who have not yet applied.

· Re-activate previous borrowers to increase repeat financing.

· Source new eligible micro-businesses through field prospecting and structured data processing.

· Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with monthly targets.

2. Application & Deal Execution

· Educate customers on products and eligibility criteria.

· Collect and submit complete and accurate applications.

· Coordinate with Credit and Operations to close deals within defined SLAs.

· Maintain strong application-to-disbursement conversion ratios.

3. Portfolio Growth

· Achieve monthly disbursement targets.

· Contribute to repeat borrower growth.

· Support sustainable portfolio quality through disciplined sourcing.

4. Customer Management

· Build long-term client relationships.

· Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional engagement.

5. Compliance & Reporting

· Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory standards.

· Avoid mis-selling and maintain audit-ready documentation.

· Update CRM accurately and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

· Track KPIs including disbursement volume, applications, conversion rate, and portfolio quality (in coordination with Risk).

Qualifications & Experience

Education

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

· 3-5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending).

· Experience dealing with micro business clients is highly preferred.

· Understanding of lending or financial products is a must.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

· Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

· Basic financial literacy (understanding margins, cash flow basics).

· Ability to explain financing terms clearly.

· CRM/system usage capability.

· Strong communication skills (Arabic required, English preferred).
