Sales Agent / Portfolio Executive (Forex Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and trading activity.

• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey.

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable trading products and services.

• Follow up with inactive clients and re-engage them.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate client records and activities within the CRM system.

• Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and industry developments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Native Arabic Speaker

• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory, with relevant experience.
