Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients via phone and email within the Portuguese-speaking market
- Present services in a clear and persuasive manner to support client decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Guide clients throughout the onboarding and sales process
- Stay informed about trends in financial and global markets
- Work towards individual and team performance goals in a dynamic international environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a high-quality client experience
Requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience with the financial market, fintech, cryptocurrency trends, and global digital industries
