What You'll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers, delivering tailored advice and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients, while identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals to support improved performance and sustainability
  • Share technical, seasonal and market insights to add value across the farming cycle
  • Stay up to date with the latest plant production practices
  • Coordinate and participate in field days and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a trusted local expert in pasture agronomy

What You'll Bring:

To be successful, you’ll be an established and trusted agronomic advisor who understands rural production systems and the seasonal needs of producers. You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in sales activity and call‑cycle management
  • Sound customer service, organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or a related discipline)
  • Experience advising on agricultural chemicals and fertiliser
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
