Sales Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Analysts based in Mexico to join our team. The primary responsibility of these roles is to validate commercial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing our performance in this area, as it significantly impacts our collection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate Pricing: Ensure every price invoiced matches the customer purchase orders.

Invoice Verification: Confirm that every invoice generated references the proper customer purchase order.

Quantity Verification: Ensure the quantities on every invoice match the underlying shipping documents.

Accuracy Checks: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all commercial transactions are accurate and complete.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantities, and documentation to prevent collection issues.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all validations and discrepancies found, including the actions taken to resolve them.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and shipping departments to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the status of validations and any recurring issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis, finance, or a related role.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of commercial transaction processes and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP and/or BPCS, preferred.

Familiarity with international shipping and documentation.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (nice to have but not a roadblock).
