Role Objectives\:

A Sales Analyst & Customer Coordinator joining the Moose Mexico team will be essential in supporting the Mexico Sales Organization to accomplish our overall company and Mexico sales objectives. Primary Responsibilities will include assisting in the day-to-day and season-to-season activities such as order follow-up, customer set-up, sampling, fulfilling customer formats, support to local toy fairs, quoting, pulling weekly retail data and supporting in our competitive analysis. For the right candidate the opportunity to take the lead in certain accounts may be an option through proven success and proficiency in the role.

Qualifications\:

· Minimum of -3 years of work experience in a professional environment,

· Experience in the toy industry or consumer products would be highly regarded.

· Experience working with domestic and FOB sales processes for major retailers in Mexico.

· Associate degree or equivalent within related field

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities\:

Customer Set-Up Process\:

• Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders within Moose, to successfully fulfill each customer set up process requirements
• Provide active support on organizing documentation, providing translations, explanations, direction and instructions to each internal stakeholders to deliver the required information by each customer.
• Complete and provide locally required information/ documentation.
• Lead communications with customers
• Provide insights and support to internal team on specific ad-hoc requirements
• Review information and follow up on missing requirements. Provide active local executional support for questions, specific requirements and/or information
• Organize documentation and manage traffic with customers.

Order Fulfillment Process\:

• Channel, follow up and manage communications with customers
• Channel customers’ orders within Moose. Follow up on processing status and progress
• Follow up and lead communications with Moose Key Stakeholders to support, understand and review status of order fulfillment process.
• Provide reporting on order status, timelines and expecting shipment windows to Moose Mexico and Customers

Sales Execution

• Lead fulfillment of customer specific required formats and documentation for each of Mexico’s Buying Cycles (Spring, Fall).
• Communicate and collaborate within Moose to obtain the required information to complete each Buying Cycle formats/documentation.
• Collaborating with marketing, develop price lists, customer quotes and product information sheets based on each customer needs.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders within Moose product samples, marketing and test reports requirements.
• Collaborate daily with sales team to assess and execute on priorities in short and long term and execute with efficiency.
• Build a reputation of delivering what is needed and on time, including weekly reporting, uploading information/assets into each retailers unique system and/or any fast turnaround requests from our retailers.
• Find opportunities to build our developing business by identifying growth within existing and possibly new accounts.

Forecasting and Planning

• In partnership with Sales, support forecast maintenance based on current trends, retail insights information from your internal and market indicators
• Identify “chase” or “cancel” items to maximize sales or minimize inventory challenges, as well as an actions to correct within Moose lead times.
• Creates future season forecasts with reference to brand life cycle, historical data and company objectives, providing insights to internal stakeholders

Strategy

• Drive the execution of the aligned commercial and sales plan with account team and regularly monitor and report on their progress
• Continue to nurture the partnership with our retailers ensuring our growth in the short and long term.

Analytics

• Support sales team in the forecasting & reporting process
• Update information periodically in the Moose ERP-Reporting System
• Provide sell-through and inventory reporting and share insights and key data to support smarter decision-making.

Work Hours

8\:30am – 5\:30pm, Monday to Thursday

8\:30am – 3\:00pm, Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

Moose also provides flexible working options.

Travel

Willing and able to travel 10%, to include national and international travel required.

Physical Demands

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items

· Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work

· Light to moderate lifting is required

· Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.

· Regular, predictable attendance is required
