Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for semiconductor metrology and electrical failure analysis (EFA) tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities within targeted semiconductor and general industry accounts to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business opportunities and foster customer loyalty
Plan and forecast sales opportunities by managing and updating sales pipelines to ensure accurate business projections
Deliver clear and persuasive business presentations to potential and existing customers to communicate product value and solutions
Analyze client needs and requirements to design and implement effective solution strategies that address technical challenges
Provide application and equipment installation support to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Apply silicon debug and failure analysis knowledge on electronic systems and integrated circuits to support client needs
Demonstrate analytical and detail-oriented skills focused on debugging IC chips and failure analysis
Utilize knowledge of ATE testers, test software, and hardware configuration to enhance solution delivery
Understand semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics to inform technical discussions
Familiarity with failure analysis, troubleshooting/debugging, advanced packaging, wafer testing, and component testing
Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
Organize work effectively with sharp attention to detail to manage multiple tasks
Communicate clearly in written and oral forms to engage clients and internal teams
Use computer skills efficiently to support sales and technical activities
