Compensation: Commission Only | No Base Salary

We are looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals with experience in cold calling and business development. We offer two opportunities for candidates who are confident communicating with business owners and generating new business.

Opportunity 1: Cold Caller – Website Development

Commission: Starting at $125 per successful client

Present website development services to potential clients and help generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Cold call leads provided by our company.

Present websites and explain their value to business owners.

Handle initial objections and persuade prospects to move forward.

Connect interested prospects with our internal team, which will handle closing the deal.

Compensation:

Commission-only; no base salary.

Starting at $125 per successful client.

Paid once the client pays the required upfront fee.

One-time commission per client.

Requirements:

Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Confidence speaking with business owners.

Opportunity 2: Business Development Representative – Virtual Assistant Services

Commission: 25% recurring monthly profit share

Identify and acquire U.S.-based businesses interested in hiring virtual assistants. This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who can independently generate leads and build client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Research and generate your own leads; no leads are provided.

Cold call U.S. business owners and decision-makers.

Present virtual assistant services and explain their business value.

Qualify interested prospects and coordinate with our internal team.

Maintain records of outreach and acquired clients.

Compensation:

Commission-only; no base salary.

Earn 25% of the profit generated by the clients you personally refer.

Paid monthly while referred clients remain active, according to the agreed compensation terms.

Potential for recurring commissions as clients retain virtual assistants.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or business development.

Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.

Professional English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.
