Sales and Customer Support Administrator

This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a driven, organised and customer-focused individual who is passionate about active holidays and travel!
You’ll be at the heart of our client's growing team, providing responsive and personable support to their North American client base during the late afternoon and evening.
You’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and use your expertise to confidently sell our trips to new customers, while providing knowledgeable and proactive support to those who have already booked. Working primarily outside of traditional office hours, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping to answer sales queries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout their journey.
From the moment a customer makes their initial enquiry through to the end of their trip, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is seamless, personal, and enjoyable.
- Full or Part Time Hours considered.
- Preferred finish time: 10pm Monday – Friday
- Some weekend hours also required.
- Whilst this role is remote, occasional office attendance (in Oxfordshire) will be required (once/month or once every two months).
- Salary £30-35k FTE DOE
