Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing closet company in the Greater Metro Detroit area.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and closing sales. You don’t need a background in design, we will teach you the products, design process, and provide the tools you need to be successful.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with company-provided leads in clients’ homes

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and goals

• Assess the space and identify opportunities for an effective storage solution

• Create customized closet and organization solutions that fit the client’s needs and budget

• Present your design and guide the client through available options

• Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients

• Consult with clients throughout the process and work toward a successful sale

• Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation

Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
