Description

Open House represents a modern approach to casual dining, drinking and socialising. We draw our inspiration from the informality and authenticity of the pub, with great food, drink and service, put together and delivered by a small, tightly-knit London team. We create venues that exceed expectations where our customers feel welcome, tempted and at ease.

From a familiar welcome at the door to delicious seasonal cocktails, fine wines and food made by our passionate team, we have thought of every step of the customer experience. We’re discerning, because to thrive in London’s hospitality scene, you have to be.

As our company is expanding, we are looking for a self-driven Sales and Events Manager to effectively manage and sell the various available spaces within our venues.

As a Sales and Events Manager you will need to have:

  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Have a desire to provide fantastic service to our customers to help create a memorable event or dining experience
  • Be very presentable and professional in different environments
  • Thrive when working alone and also in a team
  • Have excellent telephone and people skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure all contracts and customer proposals are accurate
  • Be forward thinking and constantly seek innovative and better ways in which to improve the Events booking and sales strategy within the Group. Also look to self-learn and train and develop personally in order to enhance and improve your own performance
In return we will offer:

  • A competitive salary
  • Annual bonus
  • Career progression
  • 50% discount when dining with one other guest in any Open House venues all year round
  • Pension scheme
  • Work life balance
  • Annual staff party
