Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate logistics for delivery and pickup to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily business operations efficiently
• Take product photos and create basic content to enhance marketing and online presence
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to engage customers and promote products
• Communicate clearly with customers via shop phone by answering inquiries, providing quotations, and notifying them for collection
• Record sales and prepare monthly bookkeeping documents accurately for financial tracking
