Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing with daily sales and marketing activities.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customers and project sites when required.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts.
- Follow up with customers and respond to enquiries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Update the company website and marketing materials.
- Use the company's ERP system to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure work complies with company policies, relevant regulations and ISO standards.
Job Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings or knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
