For our Client, we are looking for a:
Sales and Marketing Director (m/f)
Location: North Adriatic coast, Croatia
The key goal of the sales and marketing sector is to achieve the highest possible revenue through price optimization by way of combining different distribution channels, direct sales, and creation of long-term relationships with business partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Building the sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy and profitable use of accommodation facilities, congress and meeting halls, and other facilities.
- Building and leading a harmonious team through open and stimulating communication
- Budgeting and business planning
- Developing the pricing strategy and sales plans
- Market segmentation and identification of market trends and opportunities
- Sales negotiations, contracting, and creating long-term relationships with business partners and clients
- Implementation of technological solutions for sales and marketing functions, reporting, and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent in hospitality, economics, or general business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar managerial roles in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English (other languages are considered a plus)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP tools
- High level of business communication and leadership skills
