Sales and Marketing Intern
Description
About the Role
Most marketing internships keep you behind a screen. This one starts where a decision actually gets made: face to face.
You’ll split your time between the field and the office. You’ll see how a charity campaign wins supporters in person, then help shape how we tell that story to the next people we hire.
Who We’re Looking For
- You want to understand why people say yes, not just how to make a nice-looking post.
- You’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, and you’ll be doing that in the field.
- You notice patterns, in people or in numbers, and you want to know what’s behind them.
- You take ownership. If a project is yours, you drive it without waiting to be chased.
- You speak up with ideas, even when you’re the most junior person in the room.
- You can write clearly and you’re at home on social media.
What You Get
- Monthly allowance of $800 - $1200
- Direct mentorship from campaign managers
- A possible full-time role after the internship
What the Work Involves
- Learning persuasion firsthand. In the field, you’ll see what actually makes people say yes, something most marketing students only read about.
- Turning field insight into content. You’ll write recruitment posts and social content based on what you’ve seen work.
- Finding the story in the numbers. You’ll work with campaign data and figure out what’s driving results.
- Holding your own with management. You’ll own a project, present your thinking, and defend it.
- Adapting between two worlds. You’ll move between the field and the office, where each needs a different version of you.
