Sales And Marketing Officer Company: A-Tech Engineers Job Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20K30K a month We are looking for a confident, proactive and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business for anti-smog guns and VRV air-conditioning systems. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships, conducting client meetings and following opportunities through to order closure. Target Customers VRV systems: Consultants, interior designers and corporate clients. Anti-smog guns: Existing commercial establishments, including office complexes, commercial buildings, malls, hotels and facility management teams. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers through market research, networking, calls, digital outreach and field visits. Build relationships with consultants and interior designers to identify upcoming projects and generate enquiries for VRV systems. Approach corporate clients and commercial establishments to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions. Arrange client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations. Collect preliminary technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for system selection, proposals and quotations. Explain product features, applications, benefits and commercial terms clearly. Follow up on enquiries and quotations, support negotiations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Maintain an updated record of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups and expected closures. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation and after-sales support. Follow up on payments as per agreed commercial terms. Work towards agreed sales targets and submit regular activity and sales reports. .
