Key Responsibilities
Represent our clients professionally through face-to-face marketing campaigns
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service information
Promote and communicate clients' products and services effectively
Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, roadshows and residential campaigns etc.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign objectives and sales targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Participate in regular training, coaching and team development sessions
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop skills in sales, communication, customer engagement and leadership
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
No prior sales or marketing experience required; training will be provided
