Sales and Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  

• Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
  

• Support the sales team with promotional materials, presentations, and proposal development.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  

• Analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize future strategies.
  

• Manage CRM system and maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities.
  

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation
