Sales and Marketing Support Representative

We seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Support Representative to support the daily operational activities of the sales and marketing teams. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks that enable the sales team to effectively serve customers and drive business growth.

The position is highly operational and requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative customer needs.

• Coordinate and organize customer events, meetings, seminars, and trade shows.

• Arrange and ship product samples to customers.

• Coordinate the printing and preparation of marketing and sales materials.

• Assist with preparing materials and documentation for customer meetings.

• Track and manage sample requests, shipments, and event materials.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales and marketing activities.

• Maintain organized records related to events, samples, and marketing materials.

• Provide logistical and operational support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
