- Identify and approach corporate, government, education, property and facility-management clients.
- Generate leads through calls,emails, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and partnerships.
- Conduct discovery meetings, site visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Thriving Weeds services or products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentation materials; follow up opportunities consistently.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and work towards agreed revenue and conversion targets.
- Develop repeat business, cross-selling opportunities and long-term client relationships.
Project & Operations Support
- Support waste audits, site assessments and sustainability projects.
- Visit client sites to understand operations and project requirements.
- Deliver, set up and collect weighing, monitoring and data-capture equipment.
- Support the development of Thriving Weeds' proprietary smart waste monitoring solutions by translating clients' feedback into change requests for our software developer.
- Assist with on-site data collection, documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with clients, cleaners, contractors, recyclers and project partners.
- Support sustainability workshops, school programmes and engagement activities.
- Help keep project equipment organised, ready and in good working condition.
Key Performance Indicators
- Qualified leads, client meetings and proposals generated.
- Sales revenue secured, conversion rate and repeat business.
- Timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
- Accuracy of project records and proper handling of equipment.
- Client satisfaction, responsiveness and teamwork.
What we are looking for
- Diploma, Higher Nitec or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer service, operations or project coordination is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and initiative may also be considered.
- Comfortable speaking with both management and operational facilities management teams.
- Organised, dependable and disciplined in following up.
- Willing to work hands-on at project sites when required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curious about sustainability, technology, data and A.I.
- Able to work independently and contribute in a small, growing team.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence. Comfortable driving to client and project sites across Singapore.
