The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to join our Singapore team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the General Manager Asia, you will lead our sales and day-to-day operations, developing initiatives that grow our business and customer base while delivering an exceptional experience across every customer touchpoint.

You will lead six direct reports and two dotted-line reports, working closely with our regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the Allpress business and customer base in Singapore.

  • Identifying new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.

  • Monitoring sales performance and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account plans.

  • Managing sales priorities across new business development, inbound enquiries and existing customer accounts.

  • Strengthening relationships with existing customers, proactively responding to their needs and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Singapore team, while managing performance and encouraging accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including stock control, monthly stocktakes, quality standards and supplier relationships.

  • Working closely with regional and global leaders to deliver the wider business strategy.

  • Ensuring our sales and operations consistently reflect the Allpress brand, values and commitment to a premium customer experience.

  • Supporting a physically and psychologically safe workplace and leading relevant safety and wellbeing initiatives.
