Sales and Service Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to support our sales operations and provide technical service assistance. Freshers are encouraged to apply. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and after-sales support. Candidates should be willing to travel pan India and possess a valid driving license with a bike preferred for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product promotion.
  
• Provide basic technical service and support to customers
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients
  
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  
• Prepare daily visit reports and update sales/service records
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service resolution
  
• Travel pan India to customer sites as required
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA (Any relevant stream)
  

• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience is a plus
  

• Willingness to travel for local field visits
  

• Bike with valid driving license preferred
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability
  

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
  

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
