Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
At least 3 years' experience supporting Australian operations in a sales, customer service, or customer support role.
Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, service booking, or customer support.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience in key account management, business development, scheduling, or logistics coordination is an advantage.

Answer inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries, and convert customer enquiries into confirmed service bookings.
Recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs and support sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Schedule jobs and coordinate with the Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Managers to ensure services are delivered on time.
Act as the main point of contact between the Philippine Business Centre and the Australian Operations Team to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Keep customer information, bookings, and service records accurate and up to date using CRM and other business systems.
Use CRM, AI tools, and other technology to improve efficiency and deliver better customer service.
Work closely with other teams to achieve customer service, sales, and operational goals.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and carry out other duties as required.
