The Fast Track
- Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close
- After 6 months:
- CSIA Certified (required)
- Running your own jobs
- Full commission structure unlocked
- 6-figure income path activated
What You'll Be Doing
- Ride along with top Sales Leads and learn in-home sales + inspections
- Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education
- Learn how to diagnose problems and present solutions that close
- Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle
- Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
- Execute with precision, professionalism, and urgency

Performance Expectations
- Complete structured training program in 6 months

Pay & Growth
- $18-$23/hour starting pay
- Transition to performance-based earnings as a Lead

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work in the field (homes, roofs, all weather)
- Ability to travel to job sites regularly (50-70%)
