About the role
Reporting to the department manager, we are looking for a colleague for the position of SALES ASSISTANT, 20h per week five days a week, for our store in SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA.
What you'll do
Among your main duties, the following stand out:
- Advising, assisting, and selling to customers.
- Resolving incidents.
- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.
- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.
- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.
- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.
- Providing general support to the store.
What we're looking for
A person with proper training, a clear customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. Someone who is friendly, empathetic, and positive.
We will value previous experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector.
Good presentation and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, and organizational skills.
Availability to work part-time is essential from 10:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and on Sundays/holidays established by each Autonomous Community, and from 10:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays, respecting the weekly rest established in the department store collective agreement.
