Sales Assistant Department Manager / Sales IT (IT Solution/ServiceNow / BMC )

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to introduce the company’s products and solutions

• Provide basic technical consultation and product knowledge to clients

• Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and expand the client base

• Provide proposal quotation for customers

• Coordinate with administration team to complete documents and contracts related to the project

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively present solutions

• Achieve sales targets as specified

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related in IT fields

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales / Account Executive in IT Solutions

• Experience in ServiceNow / BMC / Sales related in IT/Digital Fields (ERP, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) would be advantage

• Good communication in both written and spoken in English

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Service oriented with pleasant personality
