Sales Assistant

EMSL is seeking a Sales Assistant in Ottawa, ON. The ideal candidate has a customer service background and the ability to learn quickly and work with complex systems. This position will be on-site and based out of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with incoming as well as follow up outbound Phone Calls and emails to/from customers
Trouble shooting client issues related to due dates, reports, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc.
Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager
Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects
Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program
Create /send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quote
