WE ARE HIRING | Sales & Customer Support Executive (Industrial / Technical Sales)
📍 Tuas South, Singapore

GOOD GEAR SOLUTION PTE LTD is looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our growing team in the industrial engineering sector.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders from enquiry to final delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer data
• Liaise with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term client relationships
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as sales reports and tracking sales performance
• Participate in sales & marketing activities including exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
• Handle exhibition booking, coordination, and event arrangements
• Support import/export documentation and Singapore customs clearance processes
• Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and responding to technical enquiries
• Willing to travel overseas when required

📌 Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination, technical sales, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
