Job Summary

You will support daily bakery operations by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product quality and safety standards, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly to create a positive first impression and enhance their experience
• Operate cashier systems accurately to process customer transactions efficiently
• Pack products carefully to maintain quality and presentation for customer orders
• Provide knowledgeable cake order service by advising customers and managing orders effectively
• Refill product displays promptly to ensure availability and visual appeal
• Apply product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and recommendations
• Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently to maintain operational standards
• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure quality, standards, and customer expectations are met
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to uphold statutory guidelines
• Measure customer satisfaction by handling feedback and complaints professionally and executing service recovery when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet continuously to provide a safe and pleasant environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts due to the absence of seating at the work venue
• Experience in food retail to support operational efficiency and customer service
• Well-communicated and outgoing personality to engage effectively with customers
• Positive working attitude and pleasant disposition to contribute to a friendly workplace

Other Information

Working Hours:

• 1st shift: 8.00am - 5.00pm
• 2nd shift: 11.00am - 8.00pm OR 12.00pm - 9.00pm
• 3rd shift: 2.00pm - 11.00pm
• 8 working hours plus 1 hour resting time per shift
• Flexibility required to work all shifts as scheduled weekly by the Outlet Manager
