Sales Assistant (m/f/x)

Blue Tomato GmbH is seeking a part-time shop associate in Bergamo to welcome customers, advise on boards, bindings, and streetwear, and bring trend knowledge to every interaction.

You will support the team in visual merchandising, stock, and tills while taking part in trainings and product workshops to grow your skills within a friendly, community-focused environment.

You are the first point of contact in the shop and ensure customers feel well-advised and welcome. Assist customers in finding products, from decks to snowboarding bindings to streetwear outfits. Collaborate with team on visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations. Participate in trainings and product workshops to develop skills and product knowledge. Retail experience or apprenticeship is a plus but not required. Passion for board sports and streetwear culture. Strong communication and customer service mindset.
